Does my trade pricing apply in the showrooms? +
Your account pricing is set up here on the wholesale site and shows on every fabric once you are signed in. Showrooms are independently run, so speak to the team there about pricing on anything you buy in person.
Is the stock shown online held at a particular showroom? +
No. Inventory here reflects what we hold for wholesale orders and is updated daily. Showrooms carry their own stock, usually broader, so call ahead if you need a specific fabric in person.
Can I see a fabric before ordering yardage? +
Yes. Order a 4x4 swatch of any colorway from its product page and it ships free. If you are near a showroom you can also see the full roll, which tells you more about weight and drape than a swatch can.
Can I reorder in matching dye lots? +
For Dorell fabrics, yes. Because we manufacture them, we can hold and match dye lots across a project. Worth flagging early on anything running to multiple rooms or a repeat order.
Do I need an appointment? +
No, walk in during opening hours. If you are bringing a project with specific requirements, calling ahead means someone can have relevant options pulled before you arrive.
Can the showrooms source something not in the range? +
Often, yes. Dorell has been manufacturing and sourcing textiles since 1934, and showroom teams can put a custom or special order through that network.
